Associated with an M9.6 flare and eruption from AR 2933. The eruption is characterized by an EUV wave and opening field lines first seen around 2022-04-21T01:50Z and is followed by post eruptive arcades. It is also visible north of disk center as seen from STEREO A EUVI 195. CME was not detected at Earth. Rules of the Road: CCMC requests that users notify the CCMC, CME
model/technique developers and submitting forecasters/researchers before
performing event and validation studies with data from the CME Arrival
Time Scoreboard. It is recommended that such studies be performed with
the knowledge and collaboration of developers and submitting
